Linear garage door openers have a green light on the sending sensor and a green and red light on the receiving sensor. The red light on the receiving sensor glows bright red when the sensors are aligned properly. If they re turned on in both the sensors then there is no issue with the power supply. Look for small led lights on the sensors.

Raise the garage door using the control button on the garage wall or the remote control unit from a vehicle.
